• Deadline for request: you can submit your request up to 12 months after delivery of your shop. After this deadline, the guarantee will no longer be valid.

• Site online: your shop must be accessible, functioning and able to process a payment at the time of verification.

• Promotional effort: you must have at least attempted to promote your site (posting on social networks, sharing the link, advertising, etc.).

• Maximum amount: the guarantee is strictly limited to a single purchase of 27 £ in your shop. No refund will be made.

• Active shop: your site must be online at the time of our verification and purchase.

• Genuine use: the guarantee is intended solely for those who have genuinely tried to sell. Any fraudulent attempt, simulation of an inactive shop or passive behaviour will cancel eligibility.
