General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Scope of Application

These T&Cs apply to all sales of products and services made through our websites, in particular https://agence-digistal.com. The Customer accepts the T&Cs without reservation from the moment they place an order, whether paid by card, bank transfer, cheque or cash.

Article 2 - Personal Data

Personal data (email, etc.) may be collected during registration or a purchase. This information is only collected if provided voluntarily. Refusal to provide it may limit access to certain services.

Article 4 - Prices and Payment

4.1 Prices

Prices are shown in pounds (£). The applicable price is that in force at the time of the order. The standard price of a turnkey shop is 27 £ including VAT.

4.2 VAT

VAT not applicable. The Customer is responsible for paying any local or international taxes that may apply.

4.3 Payment

Accepted payment methods are: bank card, bank transfer or direct debit. Transactions are secured by Stripe or another authorised payment provider.

Article 5 - Delivery

• Language: All content is provided in English.

• Access: Digital delivery via secure link or personal login credentials.

• Availability: Platform and services accessible 24/7, except during maintenance periods.

Article 6 - Access Conditions

Access to our training, shops or services is personal, unique and non-transferable. Any fraudulent use (sharing access, resale, duplication, etc.) will result in immediate suspension of the service without compensation.

The Customer is responsible for having the appropriate equipment (computer, internet connection, etc.). Results depend on their commitment and involvement.

Article 7 - Ownership and Confidentiality

All content, creations and materials are the exclusive property of Agence Digistal until full payment has been received. Their distribution, resale, reproduction or sharing is strictly prohibited. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation of the service without the possibility of a refund.

Article 8 - Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. The Customer guarantees that they are authorised to use the chosen payment method. In the event of a failed transaction, the sale will be automatically cancelled.

Article 9 - Withdrawal and Guarantee

9.1 Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided and consumed immediately, nor to services already started with the Customer's agreement. In other cases, a period of 14 days applies via a request to: contact@agence-digistal.com.

9.2 Refund Policy

• Digital products consumed: non-refundable

• Websites and services delivered: non-refundable

• Electronic products (if applicable): 14-day guarantee unless otherwise stated

9.3 Guarantee - 90 Days

Unique commitment: if no sale is made within 90 days of delivery of the shop despite a genuine promotional effort, Agence Digistal will place a 27 £ order in your shop.

Eligibility conditions:

• Request possible up to 12 months after delivery

• Shop active and functioning at the time of verification

• Real and verifiable promotional effort required

• Guarantee limited to a single purchase of 27 £, non-refundable

Article 10 - Personal Data and GDPR

In accordance with data protection regulations, you have rights of access, rectification, objection and deletion. These rights may be exercised by email at: contact@agence-digistal.com. Our site may use tools such as Google Analytics for the purposes of analysis and improvement of the user experience.
